These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vigalosa platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Vigalosa Group LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its principal place of business in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Description of Services

Vigalosa provides an AI-driven corporate travel management platform designed for Indian MSMEs and growing enterprises. Our services include:

• Automated flight and hotel booking with policy-compliant fare matching
• Multi-agent AI architecture comprising Bachat (cost optimization), Niyam (policy enforcement), Kar (tax & compliance), and Anuman (predictive forecasting)
• Real-time GST invoice capture with corporate GSTIN attachment for Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims
• ERP and accounting ledger synchronization
• Project-level billable tagging and expense tracking
• WhatsApp-based concierge support for travellers

2. User Obligations

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete corporate and personal information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure all travel bookings comply with your organisation's internal policies
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any policy enforcement mechanisms built into the Platform

3. Corporate GSTIN & Tax Compliance

The Platform automatically attaches your registered corporate GSTIN to applicable invoices for the purpose of Input Tax Credit (ITC) capture. You represent and warrant that the GSTIN provided is accurate and that you have the authority to use it for the transactions processed through the Platform. Vigalosa is not liable for any errors arising from incorrect GSTIN information provided by you.

4. Fees and Billing

Fees for the Platform are as set forth in the applicable pricing plan selected by you (Udaan, Pragati, or Shikhar). All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice. No setup or onboarding fees apply unless otherwise stated.

5. Data Security & Privacy

Vigalosa is committed to protecting your data. All data transmitted through the Platform is encrypted in transit and at rest. We adhere to enterprise-grade security protocols and comply with applicable Indian data protection regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vigalosa Group LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
